Session One: Vision & Foundation
We’ll start by exploring your retreat as it stands today. Together, we clarify the purpose, themes, and outcomes you want participants to experience. We’ll also explore possible locations, who it’s truly for, and the foundational logistical considerations that need to be in place early.
Session Two: Strategy & Execution
This session focuses on bringing the pieces together. We work through agenda flow, budgeting considerations, marketing direction, facilitation approach, and how you’ll measure success. The goal is clarity, cohesion, and a plan you can confidently move forward with.
You’ll leave with a clear framework, aligned decisions, and practical next steps to carry your retreat into reality.

Atelier Experience
The Atelier Exclusive Experience is a private, in-person 2.5-day retreat-planning intensive with Dr. Tony Robinson.

This all-inclusive experience offers direct one-on-one guidance, collaborative working sessions, and the strategic clarity needed to bring your retreat fully into form.
Held in a curated location, it is designed for retreat leaders—individuals or small teams of up to four—who are ready to devote focused, uninterrupted time to shaping their vision.

Atelier is immersive by design. While developing the structure and direction of your own retreat, you are also experiencing what it feels like to be inside a high-end retreat environment. The pace, setting, flow, and hospitality are intentional and form part of the learning. Rather than discussing these elements in theory, you experience them firsthand as your own retreat takes shape.

Time is spent clarifying purpose, refining flow, shaping the participant experience, and addressing key decisions so you leave with a clear, workable plan and confident next steps.
